I’m a product builder and indie founder with a passion for SaaS and micro-SaaS businesses. Over the past few years, I’ve learned what it takes to validate ideas, launch products —without the fluff.

I started this blog to share insights and lessons with founders, indie hackers, and makers who are turning ideas into profitable businesses. Along the way, I’ll be documenting my journey as I build and scale new projects, sharing the wins, challenges, and lessons learned in real time.

My Journey

I started my career as a soldier in the Irish Defence Forces, but I always had an entrepreneurial itch. While serving, I pursued IT studies at night, diving into software development and discovering a passion for building solutions. Taking a leap of faith, I transitioned into the tech world and landed my first role as a CRM developer—a job I loved because it allowed me to use software to solve real-world user problems.

Over the past seven years, I’ve immersed myself in the startup ecosystem, building teams and bringing multiple solutions to life. A year ago, I decided to venture out on my own, and my team and I successfully brought three SaaS applications to market. Among them, my pride and joy was Cenario, an AI scenario-based application that took exactly a year to develop and ship.

Cenario .ai and the other projects solidified my belief in the importance of a focused and iterative approach to product development: validate, build, ship, gather feedback, and iterate. Now, I’m transitioning into the world of solopreneurship and indie hacking, where I can fully embrace this lean methodology to create impactful products and drive meaningful value.
